Individual Counselling

Our welcoming, safe, and non-judgmental space allows clients to openly discuss their brain injury or stroke experience and its impact on their roles, relationships and daily functioning. Caregiver/Family Member Counselling

Brain Injury and Stroke recovery impact both the individual and the people close to them. At times, caregivers may feel isolated and overwhelmed. MindSET supports caregiver well-being with a safe and welcoming approach, allowing them to explore the emotional costs of caregiving and build their resiliency.

We provide a safe and non-judgmental space for couples or families to explore the many impacts of brain injury or stroke on their relationship(s). The goal of service is to help families/couples strengthen and thrive while honoring the brain injury story in their lives.
