What can you expect from working with us?
At MindSET, we will explore your individual concerns and develop a plan with you that
may include counselling, a MindSET Wellness Plan, adaptive strategies and/or
psychoeducational group opportunities designed to instill hope and help you move
forward in your recovery. Each member of our clinical team has a deep understanding of
concussion, acquired brain injury and stroke outcomes. We use evidence-based
approaches to help you identify and achieve your goals.
